Former DG Parks Karachi has also got relief from the NAB Amendment Act, and the accountability court has sent back the reference against Liaquat Qaimkhani to NAB.

NAB had made a reference of assets in excess of income against former DG Parks Karachi Liaquat Qaimkhani, and raided his house and found valuable vehicles, gold, jewelry.

According to NAB, Liaqat Qaimkhani was involved in illegally allotting the land of the park to a private party, he has been declared guilty of corruption under Section Nine A5.

The NAB reference has provided a complete record of Liaquat Qaimkhani's income from known sources and his owned assets.

Earlier, Liaquat Qaimkhani has also been named in a reference of illegal allotments related to fake accounts scam.
